The 80 m² holiday apartment...
...sleeps 2-4 persons and boasts 2 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped living kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower as well as a private garden area with breathtaking views over Stubaital. On request, you can treat yourself to fresh bread rolls in the mornings or you can feast on our extensive breakfast buffet.

...and sun terrace prove inviting in summer for a spot of sunbathing and a chance to relax.
Free car-parking can be found right next to the guesthouse. Your ski equipment is well looked after in our heated ski-room with boot-drying facilities. For children, we would be pleased to provide a children's bed and high-chair.
All rooms have free Wi-Fi access.

In the winter paradise of the Stubaital...
...the best prepared pistes (the Stubai glacier, Schlick 2000, Elferlifte, Serlesbahnen), make the hearts of skiing enthusiasts beat just that bit faster. Well-maintained cross-country ski tracks, numerous toboggan runs and winter hiking routes with magnificent views -it's near impossible to get bored!
Even summer...
...offers countless opportunities for relaxation and sporting activities. Superb cycling and walking routes can be found right outside our front door. On the hiking and mountain tours, the numerous little ski huts and mountain pastures make for charming stop-off points. For active holidaymakers, the diverse region of Stubaital offers activities such as climbing, paragliding and more challenging mountain bike tours.

Fuel yourself for the day ahead by enjoying our breakfast buffet with its variety of regional and homemade produce, like our own baked bread and jams, yoghurt, milk and eggs from the farmhouse. In summer, you can enjoy your breakfast on our delightful sun terrace.
RECREATION ROOM
The recreation room is not only available to our guests at breakfast time but can be used throughout the day. You can enjoy the "Jause" (traditional Austrian snack) you have brought with you in a cosy atmosphere and store items in the guest refrigerator. What's more, you will find everything you need here – crockery, cutlery and glasses. We also provide a range of board games and reading materials for your pleasure (newspapers, magazines, a variety of leaflets, information folders and brochures.

A non-smoking establishment
So we can ensure that all of our guests have a pleasant stay, we operate a no smoking policy inside our guesthouse. However, you are free to smoke on our balconies, on the terrace and in the garden.

Should you require laundry facilities - no problem - you can use the laundry room after consultation with us for a small fee.
