VISITOR'S TAX
For persons over the age of 15, the local tax is 2.80 euros per day.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Your room/apartment is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 9:30 on the day of departure.
If you plan to arrive after 18:00, please inform us in advance.
VISITORS
Please let us know briefly if you have any visitors. You are welcome to stay in the public area.
Only house guests have access to the rooms/apartment. We kindly ask you to take note of this!
PETS
We are unfortunately unable to accommodate pets at our guesthouse. We thank you for your understanding.
SMOKING
Our guesthouse is a non-smoking house!
Smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.
PAYMENT
Please settle your bill in cash, with EC card, credit card or by bank transfer in advance (payment received before arrival date).
BANK DETAILS
PREPAYMENT
With your down payment by bank transfer of 40% of the booking price, your booking is considered fixed.
CANCELLATIONS
It is a pity for everyone if rooms remain free although others would have liked to come. Please inform us in good time.
We recommend that you take out > travel cancellation insurance.
In the event of cancellation, the > Austrian hotel regulations apply.
